GWR- A True Creative Partnership

Kindling has worked with GWR since 2017 on every aspect of their brand strategy and communications research.

We worked on the launch of the famous five campaign, and most recently completed a project to help GWR understand the decision process that customers make about the way they purchase, hold and fulfil rail tickets. The role of the research is to inform future marketing strategy through a deeper understanding of customer behaviour as well as a cultural study of the meaning of rail pre and post covid.
